Description
The Power I Formation is one of the best formations for youth football. This offense is easy to install and it works on all levels of youth football. This formation features three running backs, with two tight-ends. The line of scrimmage is balanced, which forces the defense to defend both sides of the formation. The three backs in the backfield will attack the defense with multiple lead blockers at the point of attack. In addition, having a three player backfield will also give you an element of deception.
