B-Gap Cross Blitz out of the 4-4 Stack Defense

B-Gap Cross Blitz out of the 4-4 Stack Defense
This is one of those blitz calls that give you maximum impact without adding complexity. It’s clean, it’s fast, and it creates hesitation up front because offenses struggle to sort it out in time.
“Blast” tells our Mike he’s blitzing the B-gap. This blitz is great against interior and off-tackle runs. It’s also a great way to bring pressure in pass situations.

B-Gap Cross Blitz out of the 4-4 Stack Defense

This blitz creates blocking confusion for offensive line. You’ll almost always have a free rusher / run fitter. How often do you think youth football offenses are practicing picking up stunts & blitzes? No much.
